Any Gears Of War (PC) Indian servers ?

Hey all :) Are there any Gears of War servers up in India ? If there is then please put the ip address coz i am not aware of it. Thank you
 
well.. there aren't good CS servers to play... :@ which is one of the best mp game... so thought of having a GoW server is out of question :(
 
Counter strike servers are plenty but GOW is also one of the best online multiplayer games in gaming history...i almost became an addict some time back when i used to play it on the 360 on LAN with my friends.
But seriously u guys must give it a shot if you all havnt played the mutiplayer yet. The game is tottaly worth the purchase...
 
Unfortunately I can't find the PC version of the game in any shop in Delhi! Anyone know of any place in (south) Delhi that stocks it? (preferably at a discount)
 
It will be a good addition for sure. It can be started, let us know how many people are interested and i'll try to do something about it.

Why are u comparing css with GOW? Have u even played GOW on lan? It will make your ass glued to the couch because its very very addictive. As for the css servers, no one plays on it coz every ones playing on the never dying CS servers.
And let me correct you again, GOW is one of the best and most played game on Xbox 360 LIVE and on the internet, so if there is a server put up here in India, its highly unlikely that only i will be playing on it.

No game is more addictive than counter strike or tf2 even though there was a tf2 svr in india hardly only few played .gow svr no chance in in india atleast :P

I insist you to first play it my friend. Dont underestimate GOW. Thats a different thing that people have their own tastes but seriously telling you from my own experience, its an utterly satisfying fragfest. I already got my copy of Gears and am just hoping that more people get their copies too and a server hits up soon.
If any ones playing already online then please let me know.
 
I would agree with mod that Gears of War as a SP game is awesome, i like it more than Crysis and COD4(though have not completed it). Again it depends on taste so dont flame me if you like crysis and cod4.
 
ok mod to odd good luck, but i would rather buy crysis instead of any other 2007 fps game to play its new mode called power struggle n unfortunately i have bsnl connection n my ping keeps changing it is only stable on indian servers :( so i cant even buy crysis :@

i too got Crysis but the multiplayer is nothing great. Buy Crysis for the single player and only if u have a good machine.

OMG i just found out something rather very sad about GEARS. In the PC version also, it seems that u got to have a gold membership to play on ranked servers and other LIVE servers which reminds me of the same lame thing which is there on the xbox360 LIVE.
I got a one month free LIVE membership gold card with the PC game and at first i thought it is meant for 360.
However we can play on servers if we have silver membership which is no big deal coz all u got to do is create a new LIVE account and u are good to go.
Who the hell is going to spend all the time on Gold membership cards. Microsoft has lost it.:@
 
^makes sense if you have a 360, but not really for PC. But maybe MS has plans to bring a lot of games in the ambit of Live, so time will tell. How much is the gold membership for a year?
