90K+ New Gaming Build, Help Needed

Vin513

Beginner
I'm building a new PC and I have a few questions based on, the prospective part list:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 (X?)
The difference doesn't seem worth paying 1k more for the X, but I'm open to suggestions.

Cooler: Arctic Freezer 36
Is a Deepcool AG/AK 400 better? Or any other cooler? I don't want AIO's. Not a fan of water in the PC.

Motherboard: ?
This is a major confusing point for me. I've read so many reviews. Tbh my main requirements are good service in case its needed(I live in Mumbai) and at least 4 Sata connectors. I've had good experiences with Asus and Gigabyte service in the past. But currently the good B650 motherboards are ASRock and MSI. Hows the service like for those two? The ones i was thinking of were the B650M Pro RS or MSI Pro B650M-A. For Gigabyte, what is a good option? The B650M Aorus Elite AX Wifi?

RAM: DDR5 16GB x2 6000 CL30/32
This is all I have here. Get a known brand of 16 x2 with CL 30 or 32. Seems like Adata is the cheapest one at 9.2k ish.

SSD: WD SN 770 1 TB
I already have a 2+1 TB HDD and 2 SATA SSD's that I might use.

Cabinet: Corsair 4000D Airflow
My primary contention here is cleaning. I live in Mumbai in a dusty area. Cleaning is already a nightmare without adding humidity to the mix. Every alternate building is being redevloped...and thats before considering the road concretization and Adani knocking down most of Dharavi. The main reason i choose the 4000D is ease of opening the panels and removable dust filters on all openings. None of that 'the cabinet mesh is the dust filter!' nonsense. Are there any other good cases that fit my requirements? Fishtank cases arent my thing, and as mentioned earlier, I need room for at least 1 3.5 inch drive and 3 2.5 inch ones.

PSU: Corsair RM750e ATX 3.0
I already made a thread about this, which sorta made me decide on the Corsair RM750e ATX 3.0. It comes with a 7 year warranty and I have experience with Corsair customer support and its been good. But I'll ask again, in case I get some new perspectives. Is it worth considering any other PSU? Like the MSI MAG A750/850GL? Specially since the 850GL is more affordable considering my GPU choice.

GPU: 4070 Ti Super
Last but not the least :)
Tbh my current monitor is a 1080p 75 hz one and I have zero plans to buy a new one until this one dies. So I know this GPU is overkill for 1080p gaming, but I generally don't upgrade parts constantly. I used a 3GB 1060 for the past 8 years. Knowing this, would a 4070 Super make more sense? I wanna stick with Nvidia since most people buy it, I know there will be good software support by game companies and Nvidia themselves.

And a last generic question about online buying. I've usually bought my PC parts in person from PrimeABGB or other shops in Mumbai. But now that pcpricetracker.in exists, I can see that some parts are decently cheaper in other shops. Also some parts just aren't available in Prime. Hows the packing and delivery from these shops? Even Prime. They offer free delivery in the state which saves me a taxi ride.

Since you are building for long term, it might make sense to wait for few months and see how nvidia 5070ti and amd 9070xt perform.

With nvidia, you will atleast get some new features. They are not comparing 5070ti with 4070ti super ( but 4070ti instead), so might only get a small bump.
And AMD has declared that they want market share, so they might give something with good value and probably will release with good availability.
Google over those and decide.

I am happy with gigabyte B650m ds3h. Never faced any issue ( using with 7800x3d). Gigabyte B650 boards are good from i remember, this one is. Look at hardware unboxed for reviews.
Dunno about current pricing competitiveness and features vs newer boards.

This seems to be out of stock everywhere atm.

Usually I'd agree, but a few things. The 5070 Ti Founders Edition itself is priced at 80k. So unless I'm lucky enough to be able to get one, I'd have to pay the Indian scalper(retailer) tax. Also, I have a couple months free ish now. So spending them waiting for a GPU when I could be enjoying instead just seems counter productive to me.

yeah, Nvidia and value don't go together since 4000 series. If there is decent value, then VRAM is too low and its gonna get out of date soon because of that.

I just wrote it out because unless prices of current gen have already dropped, you have a short window within which value should improve. Esp post AMD if they try to take some market share.
But yeah, if you need one now, then go with what looks good now. 4070ti super with 16gb vram is atleast ok from vram pov. These are all overpriced probably as most of 4000 series was like that with bump in prices.

The non-X version can achieve the same performance as the X version while using even lower power and also comes with a stock cooler while the X version doesn't. Seems like a pretty obvious choice if you ask me.
As for motherboard why not try a B650E or a B850E?

Yeah, thats why I was leaning towards non X.
As for motherboard, I don't need those features. Its mostly PCI 5 and USB 4 on the costlier chipsets I think. Don't think B850 boards are even out in India yet. And I'm buying very soon.
Tbh just need to decide on what manufacturers GPU and create some conviction in a motherboard choice and I'm done.

Dont buy from Primeabgb and instead get parts from EliteHubs, VedantComputers, MDComputers, PCStudio, Vishal Peripherals, ITDepot. I recently sent my 5 Year old Antec Gold rated Earthwatts 750w PSU for RMA to primeabgb and after it reached them I didnt receive any mail regarding acknowledgement but then I called them and they need a week for them to decide and send me a replacement but until now I did not recieve any mail or phone call from them. Primeabgb has degraded regarding aftermarket services. So I dont trust them anymore.
I bought from MDComputers, VedantComputers, ITDepot for the last 5 years and they are very quick to respond to RMA Queries and resolution. So choose either of the above specified vendors but not primeabgb.

yes get the non x it is cheaper with no real downside.
Is a Deepcool AG/AK 400 better?
yes according to the testing done by Gamers Nexus it is the best performing one available here.

If you want a cheap one get the ASRock B650M HDV/M.2 Motherboard and if wifi is a necessity (there is an option to put in an external m.2 wifi card in the asrock board as well) you might want to spend a little more and get the Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX or the Gigabyte B650 Gaming X Ax.
Adata is the cheapest one at 9.2k ish
Don't get adata go for something like g.skill or corsair instead. Adata has pretty bad reputation for reliability especially for the ram and storage.
Cabinet: Corsair 4000D Airflow
This is a good choice another good option you might want to consider is the lian li lancool 216 it doesn't come with a front (you can buy one separately) or top dust filter but uses ultra fine mesh which is better imo for airflow especially since you will be using an air cooler and has great thermals.
Knowing this, would a 4070 Super make more sense? I wanna stick with Nvidia since most people buy it, I know there will be good software support by game companies and Nvidia themselves
I think you should consider a used 40 series gpu one with 1.5-3 years of warranty you can easily get a 4080 for the price of a 4070 ti super this way or get a 4070ti/super at a much cheaper price of less than 45k. I wouldn't consider buying a new gpu from the 40 series currently mainly due to the newer gen being available soon and AMD also launching their cards in March. But the choice is your, also don't get the 4070ti super unless you get a really good deal on it i.e. about 70k or less as it very overpriced, the 4070 super which you might be able to get new for around 53k locally is a much better deal.

I suggest trying your local pc parts market as you might be able to get a better price by negotiation and also a discount for buying everything in sort of a bundle, many people have shifted to online stores due to the convenience so such store have to keep their prices low in order to compete.

What about this?
local pc parts market
I'll try, but in my experience, when buying a full build with specific parts in mind, the vendors at Lamington Road(where PrimeABGB is located) just try to fool you. The time and mental health wasted trying to catch their scams just isn't worth it.
Tbh, that was the plan, but after reading up on ASRocks(and MSI's) service, I feel like buying a Gigabyte board.
lian li lancool 216
I'll watch the review, I think i watched it before but just reflexively decided against it because of the lack of dust filters. It makes sense that it will be a better quality vs the 4000D Air considering the cost...and additional filter cost.

might be alright haven't heard too much about them

things have really shifted in the past few years also try and look at some facebook groups like acro for some other vendors

even gigabyte has gotten itself in a ton of bad service experiences lately so don't have much to say about that but the motherboards are good quality its always something to do with gpus

look at this as well https://techenclave.com/threads/loo...low-and-no-tempered-glass.224642/post-2578790

I looked at the review, it really does look great! I really liked the cable management and all the 2.5'' mounts. Its just the filters holding me back. I've had like 10 years of cleaning my current cabinet(HAF 912) which has some hostile filters and I always thought "If I buy a case, it will have easily removable filters"
but the motherboards are good quality
Also just the existence of a service centre in my city where they can actually do things. ASRock changed providers and now its all just collections hubs where they send things to Bangalore to decide what to be done. I don't even know what the situation is with MSI because searching for 'MSI service india' just leads to people whining about laptops. Does anyone have any experience here?
its always something to do with gpus
So what manufacturer GPU would be good then? Zotac?
