i am not sure about opensuse but u can order many other distros through mail at your house. checkout if suse can be ordered. you will have to pay only a nominal delivery amount.

I would say wait for 24 days SUSE 11.1 will be out with latest innovations. and IMO 11.0 is just not worth it
