Graphic Cards Any one bought zebronics 7600gt?

How is a zebronics 7600gt? Is it same as Leadtek winfast?

I am quoted a price of 10,000/- .

but what about the palit(for Nvidia) & xpertvision(for Ati) branded zebronics, which are direct imports just repackaged and sold off as zebronics with escalated prices.

Palit is good, can't comment on re-badged xpertvision cards.

Palit isnt known to be a very good brand AFAIK.Failure rate is also pretty high in international markets....donno for sure though.

Personally, I think eVGA = really high quality... I'm voting for Palit because I've heard good things. If you had the choice to get a Leadtek, I'd recommend it over Palit.

I agree XFX and Leadtek are top of the list for quality in India (eVGA internationally), but since he mentioned arond 10k, i though Palit would be more vfm considering he won't get a xfx or leadtek below 11/11.5k. I myself got a Palit, think regenade2 has got one too, and have no regrets so far.

Must be quoting 13.2k for the XXX version of XFX i.e factory oc'ed , better off investing a bit more and getting the 7900gs.

Palit is pretty okay. Atleast the only card I've seen is the 7600GT that regenade2 got. It looked pretty well built and had 1.2ns memory which clocks quite well.

Palit seems to be a good brand. At least it has ramsinks, whereas the XFX and Leadtek lack them. And no, HSFs covering the RAM isn't the same thing.

If you're not too sure about Palit, I would not suggest that you spend the extra dough on the Leadtek/XFX 7600GTs. Instead, I recommend to get the XFX 7900GS xXx Edition for 13.7k to 14k from Rashi. It's a bit faster than the 7600GT and overclocks well too (already oc'ed by a bit out of the box). It can reach close to the 7900GT in performance.

You can get a good deal from Sagarmatha on the Palit 7600GT, as Renegade stated.

Palit has been in GFX business for like forever. I used to have Palit Riva TNT.

Its well known brans but over years it was mainly into professional gfx card market. So its not bad brand.

Failure rate is overall high for GPUs anyway be it Asus, xfx, leadtek or Palit.

I read the Digit (October issue) video card review and decided on the Zebronics 7600GT as it seemed to be a decent performer much better than Palit 7600GT.well its much more value for money.Lastly both XFX and Zebronics offer 3yrs warranty so dosent really matter.:huh:
