Ok, got something here - concentrate on the clouds - you would start seeing some letters - i think the picture contains some words - 'reduce my size' is well seen but there are other hidden words.(Try zooming in the image)

guys....its the same words given at the lower portion of the pic..
i.e. "try to reduce my size"

just open the pic in fotoshop and increase the saturation levels...u will be able to see the words.

i still cant make out their significance
