Noones, a weird clone of paxful that came up out of nowhere when paxful temporarily closed down. Look for traders with 500+ transactions that are using a payment gateway.

It's less safe than binance (there's no moderation), but I have not been scammed in the last few years, so I guess it's safer than binance? But there's no moderation.
