Hi guys, I give a lot of presentations from my laptop, which in turn is connected to the auxillary screen / lcd projector.
The key sequence to switch to the Dual Display Clone mode (on my Nvidia onboard card) is Fn + F4.
Now this works most of the time, but sometimes, this JUST doesn't switch to the external screen. Many computers have the same problem, and I don't know if this is a driver specific issue, or just something to plainly do with Windows XP. This in turn makes the entire thing very unreliable. Sometimes, we need to rely on USB drives to shift the entire PPT to another laptop, which doesn't spell news for formatting.
I wanted some reliable software to FORCE the laptop screen to come onto the projector (from the VGA port) AND the laptop screen, without me, having to pray to the Nvidia Gods about the reliability of the thing!
