Any Suggestions for ISP-Mumbai

I am totally fed up with slow speeds. First my local cable guy and then Pacenet and then no other options left. Tried Sify but it sucks and the customer service is equally bad.
 
Using Sify as well and i understand your problem.

As of now, I dont really know much about ISP's in Mumbai, but Im conducting a survey on all the ISP's in India. Maybe that will help you out!
