Then the easiest way would be to check the label or if you know the model number, you can look it up on the internet.

There’s no way to check PSU wattage through software since it’s not exposed to the system. If you can’t open the case and lost the bill, you can try checking if the PSU label is visible from the back or bottom, or look up the specs online if it’s a prebuilt. If someone else built it, they might have the details. Otherwise, opening the case is the only sure way.
