My parents are paying Rs.320 each for 2 TVs from ACT Cable in Nellore. If I ask for only 1 connection to 2 TVs they are saying its not possible to use one set top box for 2 TVs. Is there any way to use only 1 connection for 2 TVs? My parents generally watch all local Telugu channels both soap & news channels occasionally Star Sports to watch Cricket matches both IPL & International matches.

I had two settop boxes with one dish. They use different LMB for multi connection

I believe they can detect coax cable splitters.. You may try that route Or If u dont wish to run different channels maybe try using an hdmi splitter with a single set top box may work

Maybe jio fiber broadband settop you can do it.. by getting another settop box. But again i dont think jio fiber or airfiber is very economical, also their service is bad blocks many good website and VPN also.

If possible, switch to an IPTV service (if your TV is a smart TV). I personally am using Airtel extreme in nearly every TV at my home and ditched the DTH completely. Once elderly knows how to use Channels option, they find it easier as well.
