+1 bsnl evdo,using it since last 6 mths , no problems good speed ,hardly any down time.

i have been running this connection for ages now.. downtimes are like avg. 4 days a month in a row. ( yes they claim to be updating their servers every month :rofl and not to mention im connected to the IISc branch of bsnl bangalore...
Leaving that issue, the CC is a big pain the @$$, downright the worst CC i have ever seen.
But yes speeds are consistent 27-30 on torrents 32-35 on http.
You can configure your modem to PPPoE or a Bridge connection depending on your requirement.
