Both the SNR & the attenuation values are terrible.Please, contact with your local exchange.

instead of booking it online try Public Grievance Cell Telecom Circle HQs :- call 12727.but first book a complaint by dialing 1500/1504.
By booking online you will definitely get response within 2 days.So, do what has been asked for.
