Anyone facing frequent disconnection

Hi,

I am facing frequent disconnection since the past hour, i tried 198, i can't seem to get the complaint through, seems an error with their system and nor is 1504 helping in anyway other then register a complaint with 198.

I am south mumbai at malabar hill.

always been like this since i got this new router 3 months ago, always stable just that its happening since 1pm today
 
So I am not alone, Many others are on the same boat. Already Tried to contact BSNL Guys. They are Stupid and Hopeless.
 
My mtnl bb isn't working since 6 pm when i tried. Server isn't assigning any ip. calling 1504 is useless since it's always on hold. dunno what use their cc is if you cant even get through when there's a problem.
 
By booking online you will definitely get response within 2 days.So, do what has been asked for.

i didn't got any response even in 5 days.

but on calling 12727 ..... i got call within 3 hours.
