Anyone Facing Problems With Exatt?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone here who has exatt is facing dl and ul problems.I have a 256kbsp conn but since the pastb 2 weeks I rarely get more than 110 to 150 kbsp sometimes even lower. Also I just cant seem to upload anything except BT Files not even been able to attach a simple docu to my email accounts.
Im in delhi and wondering what should I do. I have complained numerous times but its not getting fixed.

naaaa my exatt 256kbps is working great.....34-36 kBps constant...no downtime in nearly 2-3 months

i had probs for some 4 days last week. tuesday to saturday. but then it got fixed. it was some virus prob.
