Anyone Facing Problems With Exatt?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone here who has exatt is facing dl and ul problems.I have a 256kbsp conn but since the pastb 2 weeks I rarely get more than 110 to 150 kbsp sometimes even lower. Also I just cant seem to upload anything except BT Files not even been able to attach a simple docu to my email accounts.
Im in delhi and wondering what should I do. I have complained numerous times but its not getting fixed.

how would i know if he is from delhi.

he asked if any1 had exatt, so i have so i replied.

appolyon is also from pune. maybe all of us shouldnt have replied. lol
