So i bought a Samsung S25U silicon case some days ago.. officiallly it carries a 3 month warranty.
I dropped it a few days ago.. but strangely enough that drop didnt damage the case.. but the damage (as seen in the picture) appeared after 1 full day.. which leads me to believe that it is a manufacturing defect with the case?
If the crack had appeared right when i dropped the case i would have thought that okay its my fault.. but after 1 day? feels like its not my fault right? and even if i dropped the case and it teared.. what else is the warranty supposed to be for a case?
I went to the dealer and he said take it to service center.. the service center guys said to take it to another service center they might be able to replace it.
Now before i make another 10km drive i'm thinking whether it is even worth my time going to them and try to make my case?
If anyone has any experience trying to get a case replaced, please share.. thanks!
