How has your experience been. Which use cases have your used it for? Can they for example be used for single sign on across multiple different platforms.
I used Make (formerly Integromat) extensively at my last job. A few use cases were -
Building reporting/status update/notification features and alerts for WhatsApp and Email
Updating certain user/account attributes on our DB via flows that were triggered routinely or via a webhook based on actions on our platform
Updating Google Sheets data routinely from BigQuery/MySQL
And some other tasks that I tried to accomplish myself if the tech team was busy
I looked into Pabbly and on the surface, "Unlimited Operations" sounded great, but then I read a bit further and it turned out that they had a "Task" limit on each plan, which was essentially operations in disguise. Migrating to Pabbly would've been more expensive than Make for our use case since we consumed a large number of operations per month. Also, Pabbly's website design, especially the fake discount banner, made me feel uncomfortable and screamed shady, even if that wasn't the case.
Overall, Make was quite nice to use and I could recommend it as an automation tool.
Thanks, so they are good for workflow integration using webhooks and APIs if you have them already. Can be used to move some information around and basic sync, but definitely not for supporting SSO across discrete platforms.
