Anyone using Pen (Spy) Camera ? If yes then how and under what circumstances ?

I see this thread about someone being harassed by the claimed BMC officials to install the tank cover and someone else suggesting to take a pic of the person and everything.
I want to know if anyone here owns the pen cameras which might be almost unrecognizable and uses them ?
If you do use them then what uses have you put this gadget to ?
Because i feel that many a times people must be using them to protect themselves after say a company representative goes back on this words and with this thing you have a video evidence.
Similar to many a times how we record the phone calls with the Failtel etc call center people.

i dont think the common person will use these things. you're watching too many movies man. all this secret videotaping things only newspersons like tehelka, etc or some people with evil intentions will do.
and its hard for me to believe that no one will know when they're being videotaped. wont the glass on the lens give it away?

Yes. But i was talking about doing this in India and not in US.

Forget pen cameras, nowadays everyone recognizes those bulky pen cams.

Instead get a Keychain Spy cam or a sunglass spy cam, I have used & still using both of them, nobody till date has ever noticed them as cams, heck I even managed to take once thru in movie theaters even if security check is tight
