Earlier I was thinking to import iPhone 5S from eBay.com, but I changed my decision. I won few bids on eBay, if you are interested let me know. I will give you access to the ebay account. Do note that custom duty may be calculated on the Indian MRP than the price you paid (not sure though)

Yes custom duty will calculated on Indian MRP no matter how much less you have paid for it...
@avi if you are not planning to paid for it,inform seller and cancel transaction as if you don't paid in time ,
unpaid case will there with your account forever and sometime it's not possible to bid on
eBay. Com if seller has put restrictions about unpaid buyer..
