PC Peripherals APC 500 VA UPS warranty : onsite or carry-in??

Hi,
My cousin has APC Backup-UpsES 500VA. Since a month, it's switch/button isn't working.
How does the warranty works with APC ups? Is it onsite or carry-in?
Where can I get the APC helpline no.?

BTW the UPS is in Dombivali.

^^This is how far my house is from chennai:
Chennai-kancheepuram=70+KMS.
KANCHEEPURAM-ARAKKONAM=30+KMS.
ARAKKONAM-MY HOUSE=10+KMS.

APC guys came to the bus stand but didnt know where to go as it kind off remote here.They where roaming round and round with an equally clueless auto rickshaw driver:rofl: If i hadnt rescued them they would have entered into andhra.APC rulez when it comes to after sale service:yahoo:
