I got Exide 7Ah batteries for 600bux each and I was offered 50bux each for the old ones. Effective price was 550. This comes with 1 year warranty.
Check your local shops you can get 9ah Exide for 750bux.

with DTDC Air and insured shipping it'll cost me 1240(933+260 Shipping +47 tax)
i don't care about money, as long as i get the right battery in one piece:P

and i can't find any dealer selling exide powersafe 9ah, most of them don't even have exide batteries, they are offering me some local brand 7ah batteries.

the powerchute application showing ~11minutes backup time on full charge,

now what should i do?:(

i calibrate the ups according to this link

Connect a 30-50% non-varying load to the UPS and disconnect power to the UPS. (Rather than pull the plug, it's best to disconnect power with your circuit breaker or a power strip. See below in Tips.) Let it run until it shuts off completely. Ignore all beeping. It should take about 45 minutes to an hour.

and after charging, the backup time is still at 11 minutes.(

is my ups the culprit here?

please help guys.
