Android App for buzzer round !

Folks, need app for "Antakshari" buzzer round.

Requirement -

- 3-4 teams will have at least 2 cells in their team
- Judge to get vote on his / her cell
- wifi router can be made available but without internet

Please don`t suggest conventional bells, whistles or expensive stuff. People fight for no reason with these.

Request some developer to make such app. But I doubt if anybody will spend his brilliance on this.

You can try some alarm kind of apps though.

But why not go the manual way and enjoy natural antakshari?
 
Tried the natural way, ladies fight for no reason ! So was looking for some cheap and fool proof way.

Thanks for your suggestion though.

Without internet it will be impossible as for google play multiplayer setup the app needs to communicate with google servers at least once after that they can establish peer to peer communication.
