Company seal on the front and back ? What does that mean bro ?

If you're talking about the polythene that's wrapper around it, it's no more there as my father in law put it in his pocket while bringing it

and declared it at customs as a used phone.

I did connect it to itunes to get to the icons and make sure it works fine before listing here.
