Garageband is one holyawesomefantabulousamazing software. Seriously. If there is any software that I liked very much till today, that'd be Garageband.

and iPhoto and iMovie are awesome too.

great choice heart_hack !! i just bought the same from Hongkong. Have spent a week with it and though i'm still feeling my way thru, i guarantee its great. i especially love iphoto and imovie. u can install office 2011 for mac which is awesome if u r more familiar with that. its def better that iworks. the killer is the deal. totally worth it !!
