I will file the complaint today. Just had a chat with lawyer and he said once you FIR than the cyber crime will nab him quickly.
So if he @Alitaher2009 is ready to return your money than take the money and close the matter or else he will be in big problem so if you are reading this better refund the amount or else you will go for a ride.... And you will end up in Government Guest House(Central Jail) where you will get free food and shelter.

He will not. let him rot in jail. this seems to be his regular modus operandi.
 
Theft in name of tech. Seller seems professional in scamming. Once caught cops will be able unearth multi scams.
 
CASE REGISTERED..... You are in trouble BIG TIME.

And according to police, they will track him down as there are enough evidence to trace this guy. Cops will trace his whereabouts after that inform his area police station and arrested him and bring him here to start the legal proceedings. From here he can apply for bail but 14 days judicial custody is what he has to stay in jail for 14 days minimum. Anticipatory bail is an option but it will cost you some money which i don't think he has otherwise he would not have scammed. Expect the cops to come to you house anytime ..

This guy comes online to check what happening...
