Apple Watch side button stuck, is it fixable?

I have Apple Watch Series 7 and it seems that it the side button (not the crown button) is stuck inside, as in, it seems to be permanently in pressed state.
Due to this, if I press crown sometimes, it triggers the SOS mode where siren stars blaring and it will message my selected contacts my details and i have to immediately stop it.
Can this be fixed by opening the watch?
I have little faith in apple store to fix it as I guess they will just reject the thing but 3rd party repair stores may be able to fix?

is watch exposed to sweat and dust ? try a fine piece of paper and try inserting it around the buttons to clean it, might free up the button if its clogged by debris. opening the watch is very risky since screen is glued and you have to pry open it with blade which can damage glass and heat gun which can burn the screen if not careful( in my case). also if you open up the watch be careful about removing screen ribbons. easy to break and short if not using rubber insulated tweezers. once you open its no longer water proof which is risky

If its not dropped damaged you could try cleaning with little bit of isopropyl alcohol with toothbrush also don't use the alcohol to wash the screen as it might destroy the protective layers on the screen.
Didn't think isopropyl alchohol so will try that for sure.

Right now, pressing crown immediately triggers sos and starts blaring siren.

Don’t try using alcohol. I did that to clean my Apple Watch Series 7, and the glue around the side button came off because of it. The button ended up getting half-stuck on the outside. Apple Stores in India don’t repair watches, so it’s been a total loss for me.
