I am not sure about any place in india where you get archos 5 or 7 but you can try GEB, or try iccworld sites.
If you look for any internet tablet then i would suggest to check samsung galaxy tab which would be released on 2nd sepeteber. It would be far better than archos and it would come in the same price range.
Even you can check Indian origin olivepad which suppose to release in this month at Croma store and has same specs as Galaxy tab but cant comment on product relibility and build quality.

Thanz for the site buddy. it is good for lot of items. however as u suggested the galaxy tab is very costly and its prices as at par with the apple iPAD. I have also seen the olive pad the quality is not that good. the archos internet tablet is good in reviews and function wise.

Archos just launched 101 and 70 MID. you can also check these mids. Asus is going to launch epad soon in india at the price range of 15k to 20k.

As far as i knw we wont get tht in India. I was considering to get it thru my frnds who r coming back frm US. It will come arnd 299USD for a 32GB one. Also Archos launched some new models....see Archos 43...its 4.3 inch and more or less has the same specs as of Archos 5.

Hi, Archos price in India is very high. You can check Ebay and the price is about RS 25000 to Rs 30000. Its cheaper in US. I got two tablets both Archos 5 Internet tablet(32gb). Now I am planning to sell one of them, if anybody interested can mail me at rajat339@gmail.com. I buyed in july,2010, with bill and box. Its a very nice tablet with 4.2 inch hd screen, full google market access, play all video formats exists.
