thanks everyone !
its going to be very tough in italy though because the group im in is called the GROUP OF DEATH by all other wcg national winners and im not making this up.

GROUP B

1. Russia 1st
2. India 1st
3. Turkey 1st
4. Brazil 1st
5. Germany 2nd
6. Moldova 1st

the russian and brazilian are extremely good at nfs. i think they get paid to play. the russian has all the current track records for all wcg circuits, the brazilian guy beat last years wcg winner in his national championship and germany 2nd is some dude whos better then slivr, winner of the european cyber games 2006. and only 2 people from this group advance to the next round :S . very very tough, but ill try my best anyway.

ps : it was great to see tracerbullet at the venue yesterday !
 
Well, practice practice practice and don't let all their track records get to you... being the underdog is sometimes good because you're not under pressure to perform, they are ;) You simply take one game at a time, keeping the pressure on them ;)
 
Tracerbullet at WCG too? That's good to hear. And don't let the pressure get to you. You came this far, that's a strong feat on its own.

Arun, I'm now going to use you as a very purposeful example to all those parents who tell their kids not to play computer games! Good luck, man. And make the most of your vacation! It isn't every year that most college kids get to visit France AND Italy :) I'm serious about extending your vacation. Go for it and have fun!

oh yeah? thats because i was high on permanent marker. lol

thanks again everyone. i couldnt reply or say anything sooner because my brother prematurely ended my download limit and i was disconnected by my ISP.
the nfs poster of stormy really helped did me. INCLUDING all the other posters you guys forgot in djs car ! ahahaha ! helped decorate my room i.e .
