If i had to bet, after march with new amd gpus, this price range will get downward pressure.
FSR4 +RT perf alone could warrant that, vs older gen AMD cards. Multiple reports have indicated than FSR4 is good ( No link, just heard in videos of respectable sources.)

Well everyone's free to speculate. We don't even have the B580s here. Getting any 9000 series GPU in the initial few months is a wet dream
