Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag - Discussion Thread

 
Playing this game for 3-4 hours, it's giving me a headache. And I didn't expect emotional and enthusiastic Ezio Auditore either, this pirate thing is too rogue for my choice. Too many times on ship! Too many same forest! Fighting's are boring as hell!, as well as these pirates! Thrill is non existent! Absolutely not liking it.

Completed AC4-Black Flag about 60% done. You can complete 100% and play the final mission. Its excellent.
You need to hop from island to island which are about 75 of them using your own ship.
Waiting for AC5-Liberation HD to released in 14,Jan,2014.
 
This game is hell of fun for me but looks like the game is poorly optimize cause i'm getting 30-35 fps whatever changes i made in settings it doesn't get fps above 35 anybody having same issue or it just me ??

I have been playing Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag since few days and I must tell that Ubisoft has done a tremendous job in this installment. The plot of the game is quite intriguing and the missions are tremendously fabulous. The earlier installments like AC - Brotherhood, AC Revelations were pretty good, but this one has crossed all limit by bringing so many diverse elements into the game. This game depicts all the aspects of a life of a pirate and that is where the imagination subdues the plot of this game. The diverse nature, the rough seas of Caribbean, lively Caribbean islands and the various kinds of side missions included are a treat for every gamer and more importantly for an AC fan.

Make some changes in the Display settings by turning off the VSync and Motion Blur. VSync refreshes the monitor everytime for the game but that is not necessary. I am getting good smooth frame rates even with HD7770 1GB buddy.
 
Well AC IV is completed and had played for longer than any other AC series and way better than AC3 IMHO also some islands was pretty beautiful in the game and some mission feels like i playing far cry 3 again :confused: but WTH i had lots on fun though :jimlad:

Dude Thank you so much for this info i was struggling with the settings with my 6950 2gb was getting 25-30 fps and after taking in your suggestions its working smoothly with high settings thanks...
