Welcome to TE @Shivam Kumar Jha. You need to change PSU you have included in your build. Change it to something like easonic S12 II 520. This costs ~5k but well worth money.

Also if you can fill up template here, we might be able to suggest better suitability of components.

For your requirements, I do not see need of splurging on overclock-able i7. Even i5-44xx should suffice purpose, unless you need some serious horsepower for Development and designing software.

Well software source is +30GB of data.. so I do need a powerful processor to compile that amount of data.. and i7 has more cores than i5 which will decrease the compile time significantly .. (-j8 )
Infact I plan on buying SSD too within two months to shorten the compile time..

Be aware these shops don't include 5% vat in their quotation. So after finalizing they give a smooth shock. If you happened to be a student or know any.. Show his College ID card and get 5% VAT off.

I recommend buying from Shweta Computer Bazar main one. Ask for vijay jain there and try for full bargain you'll get it for mostly reasonable prices

Also you can try from Arun computers.

Thanks for replying and suggesting a build. It is perfectly within the budget.
I need a powerful CPU. So I've chosen i7 4790K over Intel Xeon.
Also i7 4790K has integrated graphics which is fine to handle the only game I play i.e FIFA. So im willing to sacrifice GPU for the moment and buy it later after some 3-4 months.
For motherboard now I'm considering a cheaper option than MSI Gaming 5,

I've chosen Z series since I plan on overclocking once I get proper cooling system and also processor is of K series.

So new build becomes:

• Monitor - Dell S2240L 21.5 LED IPS -8000,

I can go more 2-3 K further to add optical drive and fans.
