What happened finally Raj? I am in EXACTLY the same quandary. I feel the Dell kicks the Asus's ass in this case. I am just wary about Dell service.
I am keen on buying the 4 GB RAM version. Killer config for the price huh!

I had the same dilemma. Finally decided on the Dell M101z and ordered it today. It's expected to arrive before the 10th.

It's much better looking than the Asus 1215T and offers a better keyboard. And Dell's service has been quite good in my experience.

Have heard heating issues in M101Z, so finally settled down on 1215T, picked up from Lamington Mumbai last weekend..
