IMOIts nothing but a 8800GT .. clocked higher and to keep temps down the 8800GTS cooler

My comparison: 9800GT v/s 8800GT

hmm.. hardly any difference in specifications.. infact hardly any FPS difference when playin realtime. :|

@backtoexistence your OC'd 8800GT has clock speeds very similar to the 9800GT ... i expect both to perform similar ... what is the difference in performance you see with / without OC ... what is the temperature difference ?

looks like nvidia wants to end the 8 series production .This will run much cooler than the 8800GT and it would be able to overclock to 9800GTX+ speeds easily because of the good cooling , good upgrade to single slot 8800GT , but it should be priced same as the 8800GT to make it worth buying.
it has 3 way SLI and hybrid power support too

WELL temps. will go down proding more OC .....

hope its price will be less than 8800GT...............it is a must or 9800GT will fall down coz all or opting fot 4850 than 8800GT (now 9800GT) .

if they manage to keep price lower than 8800GT .....they can have good deals then.............BU not as much as 4850
