@Soyab0007 i am not saying all of this because i buying it from him as i have deal (about Rs.40k)with him without anyone knowing before you paid him for the card infact Vivek bhaiya has also bought many thing from him without a thread but bro if he was actually a cheat than he wouldn't have refunded you on time & i was the first one to give you some details of kaustav so a cup of coffee & smoke is due from your end...
I said not to ban him & lets give another chance because creating duplicate account & changing ip address is very easy so instead if anyone don't want to deal with him can avoid & if there is a new member interested to buy from him that caution him about kaustav...

@Soyab0007 good to know that you can concentrate on Ramadhan but you asked kaustav to compensate i.e, you want interest for the delay but as you are saying about Ramadan i would like to tell you atleast don't take & don't give money in interest because its very big sin in Islam unless & untill you are a musafir which i don't think you are and in the first place only you should have said no i don't want compensation i want only my money back anyways all is well that ends well...
BTW no offence wid anyone as everyone has their own point of view & i said what i felt thats right, no hard feeling against anyone....
And if if you people think he should be banned than ok let the mods decide...
And if i have unknowingly hurt anyone than i am sorry ....

Well, heres my take on it, why is @imtiaz786 speaking for @roy89 and defending him from the start ? why cant the man in question come and speak for himself ??

Is there some sort of an understanding / setup between these two guys ?

and when it comes to duplicated IDs and IPs, once we blacklist one can see the banking details,contact number , name and address one cant change all of these, and yet if a guy manages to do it on purpose, the judicial system of India will do its duty and take due action, and if required we can share the IP details if required !!

Once a mistake , Twice a habit and thrice one can never change !!!

Sir i am not defending him & you people are parent body of this forum & i respect your decision & if you ban him i will not gain anything & if you don't ban him i have nothing to gain..
And Sir you are right because has to take the responsibility to update the proceedings to buyer because buyer will be anxious to get the product after paying because i also buy products and i too wait anxiously till the shipment is delivered
i have deal with him 3-4 times & he delays everytime as i thought he was a busy guy so challo it ok because in the end of the day i got my products...
And after roy89 didn't answer soyab's phone call soyab called me to know about him and i said whatever happened to me along with every possible information about roy & i said from the start that if he will get the card and if not than refund and finally he did get the refund...
And sir you can see that in a thread of roy that i got tensed after that i got a message from @vivek doda that he is very busy and i will get the mobo soon and after waiting 19 days i got the mobo so i thought that he might be busy and as soon as he is free he will hip the card as he use to call me because he gets money from me (3k) so whenever he called i called soyab and told him what he said because soyab and me are very much in touch with each other and soyab0007 says he phone is switch off & once i called soyab0007 to tell that his mobile is switch on but soyab0007 said that he already had chat with him on whatsapp....
And Sir about buying his gpu i told him yesterday evening that if he ship the card first than i will buy so he agreed as he know that before also i paid him exactly on tim but 3k was due because there were missing accessories and invoice which he didn't sell till now but as soon as he gives me those items i will will transfer him immediately
Sorry if i said somethinf wrong & will never be repeated & if majority of members wants him to be banned than i am also in the majority side...

I never asked for Interest & will never suggest any Muslim friend to go for interest... I follow Islam very closely & strict with all these kind of things... Never take Interest..
Its Roy who is ready to provide me compensation for the delay in shipping.. (Remember Compensation - Not interest... both are different)

At what price did you purchased the card for?
Definitelty it will be below 30K

Depends on situation & its resembles interest if in return cash is paid without any of your effort....
Anyways not finalised how much i am buying the card for but yes if Allah permits than definately gonna buy it and sell my Gtx Titan...as i have download rig but to use Titan or aries in download rig is not worth will infact but a low grade gtx 480 or gtx660ti or Gtx 580 if found somewhere will definately buy...

I didnt get it... there that Fraud (Roy) was saying that he already shipped the card to you.. so will you decide the price after receiving card...
 
I think its high time we are discussing this over here.
@Crazy_Eddy has asked for certain details like the bank account and other details from people who have contacted the seller and I think the collated information is still due.

The discussions are often going off-topic but the mod's were patient to see a outcome and no one is at loos which I think we as a community are glad that the seller has repaid the amount to the buyer and no one is at loss (financially).

To sum it up, please avoid OT and posting your inferences at each other and only discuss/post helpful content to resolve the matter. For now I am leaving the thread open just to collate the information on the seller from the community.

Please feel free to provide all the details available with any of you regarding the seller by PM to me or @Crazy_Eddy or any of the mods for that matter.

Bro i told him i will buy his card in the first week of next month so how come he said that he shipped the card & if it is really shipped than i will update & yes i didn't fix the amount till now & i don't lie.

Time and again i have reported to mods about a certain member who frequently uses / shows / calls upon his religious beliefs. I once again request the mod(s) to please inform / warn that member not to do so.

I have already mentioned above not to post any OT's here and get into a different dimention provoking dialogues and discussions here.
If you have reported before, you can still report now in case you have found any new violations and mods be happy to take necessary actions as required.

I will get this thread locked out now. Any more concerns/queries/information regarding the seller, feel free to mail it to me.
 
We waited till the weekend to see if roy89 had anything to say. Inspite of having logged in a couple of times since the incident, he does not seem interested in clearing the air. Hence we have decided to blacklist him.

If anyone has bank a/c details that they used to trade with him, please post here or PM me (in text please; do not send me images and ask me to search for the info).
