^^ Nope you have to buy the seperate setup. For mid to fairly high overclocks this board's cooling solution is equipped well. Only if you are wishing to set some records you will need it.
 
actually i was wondering as i was going thru some pics on the net, there it is having 2 points on the copper, 1 inlet and 1 outlet, i thought it for the water cooling kit pipes to go in and out .... so was asking.... i hav a cooler master duo gpu liquidcooler hence was thinking may b this is the right place to use the extra point....
