gigabyte is good as i think ans asus is also good i am totally confused
gigabyte has nice pcb, ultra durable 5, 3d power, 3d bios like things but the asus don't have it so overall which should i buy

@sorceror it is going to be hard to make an over-clockable RIG in your budget. If you can drop that requirement it will be better OR we might need to look at alternatives.

Corsair Vengeance 4GB x2 1600MHz ~3400/-
HP / ASUS (boxed) optical drive ~1100/-
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB ~4000/- OR 7200.12 500GB ~3200/-
GIGABYTE / MSi GTX660 2GB ~15500/-
Seasonic S12II 520W ~4200/-
NZXT Gamma ~2500/-

OP has a WD 1TB HDD so no need to get that for now,Instead of Nzxt Gamma CM 311+ or Nzxt Source 210 Elite would be better choice.If OP wants to OC then he can go for i5 3570K-14k+Asus P8Z77-V or else-15k and good cooler everything same excluding HDD then he can get the rig in 55-57k.If OP can sacrifice bit of eyecandy then with Nvidia GX650Ti-11k then total won't be over 53k.It's up to op though.
