The P320 has all the features of the HTC touch(RAM, processor and screen resolution are same in both). Moreover the P320 has the GPS chip, something which the HTC Touch does not have(cracked GPS software is available all over the net).
Anyway, he can install the Touch Flo interface on the P320 too,for free and very less hassle.
So its advantage Asus P320 all the way.

Sorcerer already mentioned how it is to have and use one of those.....The GPS is useless without a proper software bundle and there are no maps bundled with the phone either....(like u said *ahem* software is available)...but if wanted google maps can be used on the Touch too via GPRS if u really wanna mention it. The HTC's screen is 0.2 larger!...and has double the ram of the asus as well......
hotshot05 said:HTC did release a version of the Touch with 128MB RAM but it is either very rare in India or is not available here at all. The HTC Touch which costs about Rs.13k now comes with only 64MB RAM. Many people have tried to find the 128MB Touch but most dealers have not even heard about that version of the phone.

I'd anyday take an inbuilt GPS over OMG 0.2" of screen real estate
