Asus RT-N13U Queries.

I need a ADSL 2+ Modem. I came across this All in one thing. I need to clear few doubts.

1. Can it work as ADSL 2+ Modem for BSNL?
2. Can it work as repeater for my existing Wifi?
3. Can i connect my USB HDD to it and access data wirelessly?

If configured using GUI, will i be access my data on HDD through internet or it can be accessed without that as well through wifi?

Secondly, RT-N13U is not available anywhere. Any alternative?
