PC Peripherals ASUS service center

My VW192T died 2 days back. I called the dealer, he gave me a ASUS service center number. I called them and and they told me that a person will come at my residence and do a check on the monitor.It's been like 2 days and no one from ASUS has come. As far as i know the dealer is responsible for RMA rite ?. I got 10 mnths left on my warranty.And the irony is im leaving bangalore permanently next week since ive finished my course here. Is there any way to get the repair/RMA done within next week.:huh:

i think rashi peripherals is distributor in India so try contacting them.

Dealer is not responsible for RMA to be precise..

they take responsibility for of RMA for the sake of maintaining good relation with the customer.

Just call Rashi Peripherals and they will do the requisite.

Its SES not rashi. And their goddam website is down. I called asus they gave a number to neotrick infotek.will call them if the guy doesnt show up:frusty:

Dealers are not responsible for rma,although to maintain good rapport with customer some dealers like prime abgb handles the rma procedure.

ASUS service is horrible..my sli board died just after a week of replacement....Try your LUCK...hyeah:

Check your motherboard box it must have the name of importer.
