I'm interested conditional to the point below. Please put me first in line.

I use a F&D A520 2.1 speakers with my PC with on-board audio solution of the motherboard - Asus M4A785TD-V EVO. I am happy with the sound output of the current setup, but would love to have improvement if there is room for it. Would using Asus Xonar DG sound card improve the audio output quality (+ speakers output) considerably? I see that the sound card has an inbuilt headphone amplifier, which would better the output on headphone, if I use one. Let me know.

I don't know lol. I just use it with my 5.1fh headset. I keep the sound at 27% since its enough. Or else its too loud

Forgot to add that I do not game. I would be looking for improvements in majorly music and movie outputs mostly.

I don't know much about your motherboard, but the sound output of the xonar is much better than my motherboard's sound output.

You would see close to no difference on your A520 speakers. This card is for people with high impedance headphones which can't be driven by onboard audio chips or high end headphones or speakers for software surround sound simulation. There no point buying this for a similar 2.1 sound system.
