ATI is really pulling of right price+product combo; 5850 is almost twice powerful as 4850 and if its priced at 12k in India - ----:hap2:

why not? a 5870 will have the same specs as a 4870x2 so it surely is possible.

Damn ! I was hoping to get my hands on a 5870 for $299. I guess I will still most probably get a HD5850. Its got to be a damn good upgrade over my 4870 512Mb. Maybe then I can get another G2410 .. and get some really wide screen real estate.
