CPU/Mobo Atom 330 + D945GCLF2 : good enough for most people ?

nothing wrong with 945 its cheap for intel to make and sell. the atom MITX boards are ment for just that. the US15 chipset would be nice to have but is limited to only 1GB of ram. has a PowerVR video chip that can handle H264 vs the GMA950. im not sure what the big deal is... if you cant find a case you like build one? wood always looks nice when done right...

US15 supports 2GB actually.

well i ment work per Atom TDP, that sempy isnt 8watt like the Atom 330 or even close to 4watt Atom 230. then if you got the Asus Eeee desktop pc it uses the N270 which is 2.5watt TDP 1.6ghz w/HT. the one i wish intel would start letting OEM's use or even put on the MITX setup's is the Z540 1.86ghz w/HT, 2.4watt TDP

yea some said a Atom 230 rig fully loaded as was only 38watts... im planing to add in kill-o-watt numbers to my review after i get paid. still waiting on the guy to post up the review.
