Attempt to recreate Compiz like effects in Windows

Hello mates today i found software of 3d multi desktop like Compiz did in Linux.This one is not perfect and nothing in comparison to Compiz Fusion.It is just attempt to copy Compiz effects in windows.Well i am wondering about use of these useless 3d effects in windows:huh: Here are some snap shots of cube...



Is there any possibility of desktop manager like "Compiz Fusion" for Windows??

I am trying to become used to multiple workspace,but seems confusing some times.

^^The cube is one of the worst UIs I have seen ever. Very pretty, but quite useless, since it is ultimately a disturbance, and I don't care how many workspaces you have. I like the expose like effect, and the flattened version of the cube (where you just scroll through workspaces).
