you will get UPTO that speed if there is enough Bandwidth to spare on their side

they can downgrade your bandwidth when there is not enough... (to upto its 1/4th )

dey have been sending such replies for an year
 
its not even available for whole of bangalore, i stay 4 kms from their coverage, they said it would take 3 months to come to my area about a year back!!
 
no catch...jst better technology mate....as i mentioned before they use fiber optic connection direct to home.......which has much much higher bandwidth dan the copper wire connectivity (used thru telephone lines) used by normal ISPs......fiber optical ntwrk is expensive both to establish n mantain dats why its not growing at a rate dats admirable..:rofl:
