PC Peripherals audigy2 value 7.1 & Audigy2zs wats the difference?

well as the title thread... wats the difference in sound quality etc btw the Audigy2 value 7.1 card & Audigy2zs plain version.... ill be pairing the card with an altec 251...... does thx certification really matter? what will be the difference in music quality... dvd surround (dolby) quality...and most off is there any difference btw the 2 in games? i mean with eax advanced hd and stuff....
im currently using the ordinary Audigy1 card (hacked to audigy2)... so how much of a difference can i expect if i buy an audigy2 value/2zs?

ZS supports DTS , if that has any application for you. + the ZS has a different DAC ( not with a better PCB desig of the card thogh )than the older one, else for gaming both are exactly the same, having the same processor core.
