Audio Technica ATH-M50X Packaging question

Hi,

I just took delivery of the audio technica ath-50x from Flipkart and was surprised to see that there was no plastic wrapping and seal on the product. Just the bare box. is this how the product is usually sold?

I have initiated a replacement. Please advice.

Why dont you call the service center or contact AT website and run the product serial no with them along with packaging and in the box items..

I think so yes. Mine didn't come in a plastic wrap

Thanks for writing. As mentioned above, I have initiated a replacement and will contact the customer care the replacement is also delivered in the same way.
