I didn't read all the replies above, so plz forgive if someone has mentioned it already .
Firstly, autorun.inf is being created by some executable file. Try to find that file first. Check any suspicious file in the startup through "msconfig".
next, try to check which file is executed in the autorun.inf. For this, just right click on the autorun.inf and click edit, or open it using notepad.
Delete the suspicious files.
Most of the viruses change their names every time, so u have to delete that file every time until all the associated files have been deleted. However, one file that creates all of them always has to be in the startup, so check it using the aforementioned trick and delete it first. Hope this solves ur problem.

'Usb virus scan' is the best software i know. I'm using it. its just perfect.
