Hi

Came across a online shopping site featuring evga products. Prices are high when compared to similar products from other vendors. Are they supported officially in india and available through shops?

Cheers

Mahesh

yep, I was talking about them. I know the prices for everything is very high there, that's the reason why I asked if available outside.

I have an EVGA display card ... if you went to the EVGA forum you would not buy any of their products :) ... I have never seen so many people complaining about problems with products from one company.

Yantra online got a good combo deal......EVGA 8800GTS 640mb + Evga 680i sli mobo for 44,500/-

Dont u think its a good deal?

@Eazy...didnt kno....i mean one of the main benefits of buying evga is their lifetime warranty policy which also includes overclocking

@Gunner....how can that be a good deal....gpu = 20k and mobo = 10K maxes out to 30 K and these are india prices not US where the price for the combo would be arnd $350-400 equalling 20k

Yantra online = EVGA 8800gts 640mb + EVGA 680i sli mobo for 44,500/-

Newegg prices- evga 8800gts 640= 390$ = arnd 18,000/-.....xfx 8800gts 640mb= 28,000/- here in india.

Newegg prices- evga 680i sli = 230$ = arnd 10,500/-.......ASUS p5n32-e sli = 13500/- here in india.

So if we buy xfx 8800gts 640mb + ASUS p5n32e sli here in india= 28,000 + 13,500 = 41,500/-

3000/- difference.

He meant 3k difference between local street prices and the online site prices.
A combo price should generally be lower though :P
