Avaliblity of Mini-ITX boards in India

Hey, I am going to be building a server and i want to know about the availability of Mini-ITX boards in India. I am looking to buy the Intel Desktop D510MO. Also if you guys know a better board pls suggest.
 
I had been hunting too for a similar config, but need S-Video out and hopefully something Mac Compatible. Finally settled on, Sempron 140+ Mini ITX GA-M68M-S2P - 3.9K at PrimeABGB. Much more power, plus I can use my 8400GS for TV out and have the same low power/heating requirements. If required I could even unlock it to a Dual Core.

So is that mac compatible? Cauz i have a hackintosh and this would be amazing to run along with that.
 
I currently got the Gigabyte D510UD for a price of Rs.4700 from Nishi infotech.

The Intel D510MO is available for around Rs3500~4000/-
