i have done some browsing on avermedia tv tuner card
genie model is 3800
w7 lite model is 4300 full hd
w7 dvi is 7300 full hd
above prices are in india

but the price outside is less than this. is it better to buy directly from amazon.com or someother website for a less cost ?
